When your parent's get older, everything becomes urgent, confusing, and emotional. You are capable. You are organized. But you do not have time to decode the complex elder care system alone.
Midway Belmont gives you calm, expert guidance so you can make confident decisions quickly without pressure, contracts, or family fights.

Midway Belmont is founded by AnthonyAllen, , a Certified Senior Advisor who has personally navigated complex elder care decisions for his own family.
This is not theoretical guidance. This is not a faceless corporation trying to up-sell you and your parents into care packages. It is lived experience applied calmly when families need clarity most.
Our Certified Senior Advisors are trained in estate and medical laws, long-term care, family dynamics, and decision planning — but what families value most is having someone experienced beside them when choices feel overwhelming.
Families come for answers about elder care.
They stay for relief, confidence, and peace of mind.

Waiting does not pause the situation.
It removes options and forces awkward conversations.
Early clarity preserves your choices, reduces stress, and prevents family conflict.
Planning early protects what matters most — meaningful, peaceful time with your parent's before they're gone forever.

Here are just a few of the tasks that Midway Belmont can help you manage. There is so much more to do when preparing for eldercare. Know what's coming - and stay one step ahead with our eldercare dashboard and expert guidance.
Midway Belmont helps families navigate the entire elder care journey, not just one part.
We guide you through:
Care planning and decision clarity
Housing and care transitions
Hospital discharge navigation
Financial and long-term care considerations
Family coordination and conflict reduction
Aging-in-place vs facility decisions

If you are unsure what stage your parent is in or what decision may come next, this short, private assessment gives you immediate direction without pressure or commitment. In just a few minutes, you will gain a clear picture of your situation and what to prioritize so you can move forward with confidence instead of uncertainty.
With this assessment, you will:
Understand your parent’s current care stage
Identify risks that may be approaching
Know what decisions need attention soon
Receive personalized roadmap based on your situation
This is not a test, and there is no pressure. Most families complete it in under 3 minutes and immediately gain insight into their next steps.
Midway Belmont’s work falls outside of what your professional team typically does. Your accountant will complete your 1040 and file your taxes, but you have to collect all the information first. Your financial manager typically does not get involved in daily money management. There are many more examples!
Our work begins now and continues until about one year after the loss of a loved one.
While many estate executors charge as much as 2% of the total value of the estate, Midway Belmont offers a low-cost monthly subscription for unlimited support via email, plus an hourly rate for additional support.
Yes! Midway Belmont is part of the CSA network of Certified Senior Advisors. A Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) is a professional who has completed specialized training to help older adults by understanding and addressing their unique health, social, financial, and legal needs. They are certified by the Society of Certified Senior Advisors (SCSA), must pass an exam, commit to an ethical code, complete continuing education, and undergo a background check to earn and maintain the designation. CSAs come from a variety of professional backgrounds, such as financial planning, healthcare, and social work, and are skilled in communicating with and advocating for seniors.
Typically Midway Belmont only has “read” access to the information to which you give us access such as bank statements and transactions. We do not have the ability to move money between accounts, write checks, or withdraw money.
Our typical clients are (1) caregiving spouses and (2) the children of aging parents in the “Sandwich Generation”. Our clients recognize the significant time investment needed to adequately manage care for their aging parents and loved ones – and want help to do it right.
The answer is you absolutely can. But in doing so, you will learn new processes and gain new skills that you will likely never use again. And you will do so at the cost of quality time with your family and time at work.
Your parent’s care is asking something new of you. You do not need more noise, pressure, or confusion. We provide clear guidance, steady support, and the confidence to move forward knowing you are making the right decisions for your family and your parent.
